Denne kommer til å bli mye edited etterhvert med nye ting og sitater og linker og hva det måtte være. Den er ikke spesielt.. gjennomtenkt, så eneste jeg skriver her enda er:
You or your mirror image?
When you look into the mirror, you do not see yourself.
It is just a reflection of your past, a very short moment ago.
From this image of your past, you judge yourself now.
But if a mirror image is your past,
and your past is nothing but a reflection of you,
then let us consider the power you have over it.
Find a mirror, glare at your reflection in anger and flip it the finger.
Does your past look positive? Does it feel good to have your past telling you your screwed?
Most importantly, if you continue to look into your past in excactly this way..
Will your reflection ever change?
The very moment you choose to look into your past in a different way.
A thumbs up, a grin, maby a dance of joy...
Does not your image change instantly?
And will it not stay consistent, as long as you stay consistent in looking at it this way?
I do not agree that we are paintings, created by the artists of your past.
I belive you have a stareoff with your mirror image, staying consistent with who you have been.
Your past has no more power over you then does the mirror image, so stop trying to change the image.
Change how you look at your image, change how you look at your past..
In short, change how you look at YOU, by changing what you DO, right now.
And open yourself to a new and better image, every single day!
We might not be angels, nor birds or bees or flies,
But learn to leave your ground, and I promise you can learn to fly!
Fry the Chilling Fear! Dette er en frase laget for å huske forkortelsen "F,C,F" som er min strategi for håndtering av en god del negative states. En del negative states er forårsaket av at du tror dumme ting skjer og at du ikke kan gjøre noe med dem (tristhet for eksempel). Det er omtrent ingenting du ikke kan forandre i denne verden, så F står for "Find", find hva som hindrer deg, mest sannsynlig en frykt, "Choose" betyr at du VELGER den staten som er best for å håndtere problemet du finner, og "F" er for "Face", møt frykten eller problemet face on i den beste mulige state for å fikse den. Er du trist for en krangel i forhold, trenger du en state, er du blitt lurt av noen, trenger du en annen, men uansett burde du gjøre noe, og da er FCF måten å identfisiere hva!
